I was SO pleased and SO impressed with my service today here at Take 5 at West Colonial. I rarely write reviews - but exceptional quality service needs to be promoted in this day and age. Last time I went to a Take 5 location I visited the Winter Garden location - thinking it would be a better location because the general location/city is overall a better quality city. And it’s closer to home. HOWEVER the difference between this location versus the one in Winter Garden was HUGE. Several things stood out to me: their level of communication, attention to detail, thoroughness and explanation of everything etc description of their services was rare. I was thoroughly impressed. And while the service was being handled they were also communicating to me and also amongst themselves. Whereas at the Winter Garden location I felt like a number and the experience next to this one, felt..for a lack of better words..no pun intended - “greasy”… this location the service felt elevated and almost high-end for lack of a better word. Even as I was leaving the attendant came around and made sure my service light on the interior was cleared - whereas the one in Winter Garden, didn’t and I still had the service light on the next day and drove around seeing that daily. Crystal, Charity and Natalia (I made sure to get all their names) are ladies this company should treasure! Make sure you are taking care of them! And they were all WOMEN!! Like WOW. Blown away. I’ll never go to another Take 5 location in Orlando but this one.
