Had a broken oil filter tool and couldn’t put in a new filter. The incredibly nice guy put in the new one for absolutely free. What a gem of a guy and what a great place. If I didn’t do my oil changes at home would 10/10 come here
Great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Javi, Mitin and Isaiah were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They made the whole process quick and easy, explained everything clearly. Excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Went in for an oil change but unfortunately I needed a larger repair that these guys couldn't service. They didn't charge me a dime but gave me a written breakdown of the incident. They were so kind, explained what was going on in detail, offered water numerous times, and set up a fan for us to stay cool while waiting for a tow truck. As we waited in the garage they did a number of oil changes, all with the same kindness, hospitality, and efficacy. I am so grateful for these men. Would rate higher if I could
