I truly had an outstanding experience at this Take 5 location. The staff member/ mgr./ attendant Omarion went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to educate me about my car’s health and how everything operates. He made sure I understood the reasoning behind each recommendation, which I truly appreciated. One thing that really stood out was that he even explained the origin of the Take 5 name—something I had never known before. It’s refreshing to meet someone who is not only skilled at their job but also passionate about making customers feel informed and comfortable. The location was clean, well-organized, and the entire team took great care of my vehicle from start to finish. Excellent service - professionalism, and attention to detail made this one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my car serviced. Thank you, everyone, for making what is usually a routine errand such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, top-notch care

The guys working were the best! So friendly, knowledgeable and fast! The corporate office wrongly priced quoted me. So I’d have to say my only problem with this company is the corporate employees that lie about costs. The employees at the actual location are great.
