Stopped in this past week for an impromptu oil change. My check engine light was a subtle reminder of how I had been neglecting my truck. Thankfully there was no wait time, and I was pulled right into the garage. Rory and Ryan did an amazing job. I appreciate their sales technique as it’s not too pushy. I chose to have them rotate my tires, flush my radiator, replace my windshield wipers, in addition to the oil change. They also topped off my washer fluid. Spent about 20 minutes watching Rory and Ryan move with precision like a NASCAR pit crew. They communicated throughout the entire process, double-checking things like the new oil plug gasket, proper tire torque, and fluid levels. They were very friendly and professional, and you could tell they were well trained and following the proper procedures. That level of transparency really builds trust and credibility in their services, unlike some dealerships where you can feel pressured or unimportant. Overall, this was one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. Fast, professional, transparent service with zero pressure. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and would highly recommend Rory, Ryan, and the team at Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for honest and efficient vehicle maintenance.

The location is always clean and well maintained, and I never feel pressured or pushed into paying for extra services I don’t need. Huge bonus points for going above and beyond with my kids — they brought fruit snacks and Capri Suns out to the car for my crying children, which honestly made my day. That level of kindness and customer service is hard to find. Highly recommend!
I went to the location in Ellisville, MO. I Got my oil changed and tires rotated for a decent price! I was helped by Rory and Tristian who were very helpful and worked hard (they even washed my windshield before I left). I also got a free water from take 5 while waited, and a free car wash from AutoSpa with my oil change. Now my car looks good and runs good, so I’d say it’s worthwhile. I’ll be coming back again!
