Awesome service and very informative guy's work there. Very thankful I stopped by for my oil change because while they were checking all my fluids they found my coolant was almost bone dry. They filled it up at no charge, my other shop I was using would charge me $10 for coolant and $5 for any other fluids they topped off. I will always go to them.
Shoutout to Take 5 Oil Change in Poplar Bluff for the amazing customer service and honesty! I stopped by for a quick oil change after my maintenance reminder came on. Since I’ve only had the car a couple months, I wasn’t sure when the oil had last been changed. I decided to stop here since I wasn't feeling great and figured it'd be quick. Right away, one of the employees handed me a cold bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful touch. After popping the hood and checking everything out, he said, “Ma’am, I try to save people money when I can… your oil actually looks really clean. It doesn’t need changed yet.” He even showed me, and sure enough, it looked almost brand new. I was so thankful! Most places could have easily gone ahead with the service and charged me anyway, but they chose honesty instead. That kind of integrity and customer care is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be back when it’s actually time for the oil change, and I absolutely recommend giving them a try!
1st experience w Poplar Bluff (any) location; from the initial greet/welcoming… until I pulled away, received exceptional service. Very detailed presentation with the different oils… at time less said is more… locate the service representative and salute him with a raise… and thank you for the bottled water too. 5-star.
