I had an incredible oil change experience at this location! The two technicians, Zeke & Ahmad, that serviced my car were knowledgeable and helped guide me through the process of the oil change. I felt like they were looking out for my best interest in the care they provided. Thankful for their level of care and 2nd mile service.
Logan and Ronnie were amazing! Both gentlemen made sure I was taken care of before this big storm hit. They were some of the only service men I’ve ever met across Cincy that actually have manners and the knowledge to make sure you know you are in good hands!
Zeke and the rest of the team on Thursday morning were nothing short of outstanding. My car is a 2027 and they went out of their way to order in the correct filter and to do all the research needed to take care of my car appropriately. This was the 4th place I visited to get my oil changed. The other three turned me away and said they could not help. They were the only ones that took the extra step to take care of me. 100% recommend.
