I have visited several Take 5 locations in the CSRA and feel like sometimes customer service just depends on the location so I decided to try this location and was very pleased. Matt & Ricky were very nice and helpful during my service. They offered me water immediately and my toddler a snack and drink which was super convenient! I was in and out within 10-15 minutes and will definitely be returning to this location. Thanks guys!
First and foremost I already like take 5. I’ve never had a bad experience. I pulled in and they got me squared away with the quickness. What was impressive was the collaboration. As the techs finished working on other cars they came over to help. If you stop by and Eric, Dakota, Ricky or Will is in the shop you are in great hands. They weren’t concerned about getting every dollar they could from me. They were concerned about customer service which they executed flawlessly
Shoutout to David and his team at Take 5 Oil Change. They were incredibly friendly and efficient and went way beyond what I expected. Not only did they handle my vehicle with care but they were so thoughtful with my family. They even gave me a water bottle and made sure my kids were happy with Capri Suns and gummies. It is rare to find a place that is this fast but still pays such great attention to customer service and the little details. It was a pleasure having Davids crew work on my car and I will definitely be back!!!
