I chose Valvoline for my oil change after they helped me reattach my skid plate. It had come loose and partially fallen suddenly while driving. I managed to turn into Valvoline and they kindly reattached it. A few weeks later, I returned for my oil change and was met with the same professionalism and warmth. They alerted me to a missing transmission plug, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend.
The standing manager was courteous and polite. He was presentable in his uniform and appearance. The technician Joshua was most excellent with his communication skills. This makes my 2nd time stopping in and I will continue to go here because they are super nice and friendly. Plus the manger didn’t try and upsell me on the fact that my transmission fluid was very dirty he just advised to keep an eye on it as my car is older.
I had a great experience from start to finish. From management to the technicians and even the person who took all my information, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very conversational. It made the whole visit feel comfortable and easy. I didn’t just come in for an oil change—I actually enjoyed the experience. The manager took the time to tell me about discounts and upcoming recommendations, which I really appreciated. Overall, the staff did an amazing job—truly awesome across the board. If you’re able to look up my receipt, I just want it known that this team went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back and will absolutely be recommending them to others!
