Take 5 is the best place to get your oil changed hands down. I had an awesome experience and the guys there really helped by answering any questions I had and took great care of my vehicle. They changed my oil the right way! No impacts touched my oil pan like they would if I had went to Valvoline. They also offer other great services that I will be back to partake in. They’re also military friendly! Thank you for the great service!
We got an oil change, wipers replaced, and coolant. I can not tell you how nice it was to not be pressured into trying to up sell. We were told the specials and then left so discuss it with my partner. He even told us the aid filter was fine. I highly recommend them especially Brennon. He was the most respectful young man. Will never use another oil change place.
I have gotten my oil changed with this company many times. I have been to several of the locations in Knoxville and most recently in Morristown. The guys that have worked with my vehicle have been informative and were just fantastic and Morristown didn’t disappoint. I pulled in and got greeted immediately with a water and a “hey how is your day going? What can we do for you today”. After further inspection they let me know a couple other things that would be beneficial for my car that I would have never thought of at that moment. Like a cabin filter (think that’s what is called), which was kinda gross and So I am pretty appreciative of that. Also made sure my tires had air in them. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes long enough to finish my lunch and short enough to be on my way without being late to my next destination. I will definitely be back in the future!
