Best experience I’ve had here ever!!! I feel bad because I’ve forgotten his name, but he introduced himself as the new Assistant Manager. He was quick to get me into a stall even though there were other cars being serviced at that time. He remained attentive and gave me frequent updates on how long it would take before they started on my vehicle. After completthe service, my car wouldn’t start. He tried to trickle charger but it wasn’t working so he gave me a jump with his personal vehicle! I cannot express how much I was thankful for his assistance. He is definitely one of your greatest employees!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just got my oil changed, cabin filter replaced, and tire pressure fixed at Take 5, and Mrs. Tamala and her crew took amazing care of me from start to finish. Super professional, fast service, and they even filled all my tires up without me having to ask. Great customer service and a smooth experience all around. Highly recommend stopping by if you want people who actually care about taking care of your vehicle!
5.30.26: On yesterday, I received 5-Star Service from three of the servicemen at Take 5 in Pantego, Texas! This is the third Take 5 that I've patronized within a little over 2-years now, and I can honestly say that they have been the best! I drove in for a Coolant Flush for my 2015 Mercedes E350. I was greeted with a kind smile & a bottle of cold water by Abdo! He gave me the pricing, and I was then guided into the bay. Morgan followed shortly with entering the front passenger side to try to locate the cabin air filter to show me; He was also kind. Wyatt came along and was able to show him exactly where it was located, and proceeded to finish the task! I appreciated his knowledge & experience with Mercedes vehicles. Abdo then checked me out, and then I was guided out with a smile by Morgan. Each of these young men contributed their individual strengths to work together as a team to get the customer taken care of with excellence!
