Absolutely LOVE the care this team puts into their work. They took care of my car, answered all my questions, and had me safely back on the road within minutes. I was absolutely blessed today. I was having car problems due to low oil pressure, they figured out what was wrong replaced the filter added oil because it was completely on empty. I had just had my car serviced at a different location in Castroville a couple of days ago and needless to say something was definitely not right. I make trips to Eagle Pass each month with my granddaughter and Thank God I was able to deliver her home safely before my car started to fail. Thanks to the men on duty today, my car engine didn't lock and I made it home safely from my 2 hour drive. If you are in need of an oil change PLEASE go to the Take 5 Oil Change in Eagle Pass ? I most definitely recommend!!

They took the time to thoroughly explain my vehicle's condition and educated me on the maintenance and services needed to keep it running safely and in good working order. I never felt rushed, and they answered all of my questions with patience and honesty. I highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service and expertise.
I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Eco Pass. From the moment I pulled up to the bay, I was greeted by a young man offering me a bottle of water; such a simple gesture, but it immediately set the tone for excellent customer service. Jesse, who assisted me, really stood out. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient while gathering information for my vehicle. Honestly, every staff member I interacted with (even though I can’t recall all their names) was polite, respectful, and highly professional. While I personally feel the oil change was a bit pricey, the level of customer service made the experience much more pleasant and almost took the sting out of the cost. Take 5, please continue to take care of your employees and treat them with respect, because they truly represent your brand. Great staff like this are what keep customers coming back.
