You just pull up, stay in your car, and they take care of everything right there super convenient. The total time in and out was around 20 minutes, which was awesome! Hayden was super nice and went above and beyond to help me out. He even discounted a few things because I didn’t have the extra money at the time, which I really appreciated that kind of kindness is rare these days! Cinderella did my oil change, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was so nice, quick, and professional, and had me in and out in no time. Both of them made the whole experience stress-free and genuinely enjoyable. The team here really cares about their customers, and it shows. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family. Thank you, Hayden and Cinderella, for the amazing service!
I take my vehicles to Take 5 regularly, but this was my first visit to the Highland Village location. I ended up here because the Denton location told me they were out of the oil my vehicle needed—only to find out it wasn’t even the correct oil type for my car. Needless to say, I’m glad I made the trip. Jalen was AWESOME! He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was properly taken care of. Because of the outstanding service I received from Jalen, the Highland Village location has officially become my new go-to spot for oil changes. Highly recommend. Thank you, Jalen
