I initially came in just to have my oil topped off the technicians that took care of my vehicle went over and beyond to make sure everything was great with my car. I had my tolerate me so I was unable to capture their names, but I’m pretty sure you can look at the link to this review and find out who helped me. It was too African-American guys. They were very nice. They were respectful. I love that they offered me water. They spoke to my little boy. They were very Nice 100/100 for a service.
I had such a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Loop 288 this morning! I came in first thing on a Monday, and there was absolutely no wait, they got me serviced right away. Jose and Jordan were both incredibly friendly and professional. They even offered me a nice cold bottle of water while they worked, which was such so thoughtful. The entire process, from start to finish, took about 10 minutes. That included not just the oil change, but also checking and topping off washer fluid, brake fluid, and airing up my tires. Super thorough and impressively fast. Customer service like this is hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back to this specific location every time. Highly recommend!
