Knowledgeable, experienced, hard working people here. The manager here, Rusty, was the first person at my window this morning. I was able to stay in my car and I was in and out in no time. RUSTY WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I cannot believe the amazing service here. She’s so kind and makes sure to keep up with everyone coming in and each job at hand. They were so thorough with everything they did. You will not be disappointed coming here. God bless these workers.
I had a great experience at Instant Valvoline for my oil change. The service was quick, professional, and very convenient. Rusty, Mathew, and Mary were all extremely friendly and made sure everything was done properly. They explained the process clearly and checked everything thoroughly. I really appreciated their professionalism and positive attitude. The whole team made the visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location if you want fast and reliable service!
Rusty, Joel, and Glen were great. I was sent there from the Valvoline in Argyle because their inspector wasn't going to be in til later. They got my car done in under 45 minutes. They were friendly, fast, and professional. I will take my car back there for inspections.
