I had a great experience getting my oil changed here. The two gentlemen who helped me were fast, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They got me in and out in no time, and I felt like I got the best value for my money. Manager Savanah was awesome as well—super friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell the team takes pride in their work. And I’ve got to say… bonus points for the waiting water not smelling like oil ?—a small thing, but it definitely made the experience even better! Highly recommend this place for quick, reliable, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be back.
Absolutely amazing experience at Take 5 on Jackson! Savannah and Carlos were both incredibly professional, friendly, and fast. They made the whole process smooth from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured into extra services. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. The customer service alone will keep me coming back. I feel like after the service I received my car has evolved into a better version of itself(she desperately needed coolant, and they satisfied her thirst). Thank you so much y'all!
