Full transparency, I didn’t have my car serviced here (YET) but what did happen was a couple months ago, the alternator in my car was dying, and I was in the area and literally coasted into their lot. The guys came rushing out to see if everything was ok, and I told them what had happened. They popped the hood, took a look around and jumped my car to see if it would take so I could get it to my regular service spot. The car turned over and it was running…so all was looking good. One of the guys said “hold on” before I took off. No sooner than he said that, the car died. The other worker popped open to hood, took a deeper look into the block, felt around and said, “Yep, it’s your alternator.” Being totally unprepared, I noticed my phone had died. Ashamed at my predicament, I asked if they happened to have a place I could charge my phone. They offered me their office and a personal charger so I could call the towing company - 20 minutes later, the truck came and picked me up. Here’s the reason I post this…if these guys took the time and effort to help me out in multiple ways, I can imagine how they treat their paying customers. Just looking at the other reviews, I can see I’m not wrong. I told them I’d be back to get an oil change, and I mean to! A+ gentlemen
I had my oil changed here for the first time and it was honestly quite the experience in a good way. Brandon and his team at Take 5 Oil Change #1310 were freaking amazing. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I pulled in. They even offered me bottled water and fruit snacks right away lol. You stay in your car during the oil change, which was totally different for me and something I’d never experienced before. I’m still not sure how I feel about that part yet, but the team made it comfortable by being extremely communicative the whole time. They explained everything, probably more information than I even needed lol, but I genuinely appreciated the attentiveness and professionalism. There was a small incident where the engine cover got a minor crack because someone accidentally stepped on it. What really stood out to me was how honest they were about it immediately. They offered to pay for it without hesitation, which says a lot about their integrity. After looking at it, and knowing my brother has plenty of Volkswagen parts and experience, I decided it was fine and not worth worrying about. Overall, great customer service, honest people, and a very positive experience. I’d definitely recommend them.
We just had the BEST experience getting our oil changed at this location! David and the entire crew were incredibly personable, friendly, and made the whole experience such a positive one. Everyone was genuinely happy to help, and the environment was amazing from start to finish. Honestly, we’ve never left an oil change feeling this happy to spend $100 ? 10/10 recommend this spot — we definitely won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Huge thanks to the team for making our day!
