I really was satisfied with the assistances when getting my oil change. The person that started helping me was very nice and knowledgeable letting me know what was good for my oil change. TAO was very very helpful and let me what was best for my oil change. I will be going back to Take One for my next oil change. The other assistants were great also, that work with, but I just didn't get their names. I will when I go back. Thank all of you in advance for your assistant with my oil change. Valerie
Needed a quick oil change for my SUV as I was a little overdue. Could not get in with my regular shop with work and busy schedule. A couple cars in line ahead of me but still got in and out very quickly on my lunch break. Chad checked me in quickly. Gene explained everything to me thoroughly and was transparent with pricing. Was able to use an online coupon. Was offered a bottle of water by Chad while I waited in my car. They did a safety check after doing the oil change. Great experience.

Savannah was friendly, welcoming, and did an outstanding job explaining the service process and answering my questions. Tao was patient, helped me locate my mileage information, and thoroughly explained the service options available to me so I could make the best decision for my vehicle. The technician who completed my oil change worked efficiently and provided prompt service. Overall, the entire team delivered exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to others and look forward to returning in the future.
