I stopped by this location for an oil change while I was in the area one time, and I’ve been coming back ever since! The team here is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely goes above and beyond. They keep track of my service history and even let me know what maintenance is coming up based on my Carfax report, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this location—the service is always fast, efficient, and I’m usually in and out within 30 to 45 minutes. Great experience every time!
I stopped by Take 5 Oil Change right when they opened and had an excellent experience. As soon as I arrived, the gentleman there actually stopped what he was doing to help me right away, which I really appreciated. He and the woman assisting him were both incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel easy and welcoming. The service was quick without sacrificing quality. They took the time to clearly explain everything my car needed, walking me through each recommendation in a way that was easy to understand. Their upselling was done really well—informative and helpful, never pushy. Overall, fast, friendly, and very thorough service. I’d definitely recommend them. You have a wonderful staff and I wish them the best with their success within the company :)
