I lived in CT the last nine years. Had spotty performance for oil changes. Nothing bad but nothing great. Had oil and A/C recharge the day I moved to AZ. Something was off about the recharge and the people had a difficult time. 2 weeks later in AZ it started blowing cool, not cold air. I stopped in and Devion and hi crew were great. I explained what was done(even during the trip I checked my oil and one of the caps from the A/C unit was on the cowel of the fan,luckily). After Devion looked at everything and asked question he told me a recharge takes about an hour, in CT they took maybe 15 minutes. His customer service was an A+. Thats how a customer should be handled. I commended him on how well he handled the problem and his crew. I am always going back to visit Devion....fantastic young man. Im going to throw myself under the bus. I never knew my vehicle had a cabin filter until Myles informed me of its existence. Their customer service was excellent, Nothing like this exist in today's retail environment. Thank you for my wonderful experience. 5 stars!
