My car’s low beams on my passenger side suddenly went out and I was dreading about what was happening. The next morning I called Meineke and was luckily able to get my car scheduled and seen in just 2 hours! I’ve been going to Meineke ever since I got my car and the team has been excellent every single time I came in, today was no exception. I was treated nicely, they took great care of my car and explained what was going on in details that I could understand. They work fast too! I’ve usually been helped by Shane but today, Matt took center stage and delivered great customer service.

After getting fed up from the run around from another place, my son recommended Meineke. He actually told me to bring my car here before that other place and I didn’t listen. Well, I called Meineke frustrated with a lot of “it might be this or that” along with trying to make car sounds, they told me to come on in. I asked if it was okay to have my car towed in and they could just call me and they said that was fine. My car arrived and about 20 minutes later I get a text message saying what they are doing and inspecting. Within the hour I had a diagnosis, a quoted price and the amount of time needed. After fixing my starter another issue was discovered that I had paid the previous place last year to fix. They didn’t. So Meineke fixed it for me all in a timely manner. I had spoke with Scott and Matt and they were both always so patient, kind and informative. I highly recommend Meineke. They also have financing available which is a big help in this economy. My car is running wonderful again and I am now a forever customer.
