Essie has all the jokes and is great at his job! Went on a Saturday at 10am and there was no line. They got me right in and it only took 20 mins for the oil change and tire rotation. I also got to stay in my car.. Super convenient! It was a little more expensive than I’m used to, but there were coupons online for $15 off. I’d go again for the customer service and ease of the experience.
Great experience all around, didn’t wait too long and they didn’t try and upsell me on a bunch of things i didn’t need. Miguel was very helpful with explaining things and also finding deals to save some $ which is always appreciated. I believe the other guy who helped was Cameron and he was also very nice and thorough. Will definitely be back to this location!
Quick, professional, and friendly! I stopped by the Rosecrans area Valvoline for an oil change and was super impressed by the speed of the service. All the workers were incredibly nice and welcoming. A huge shoutout to the manager, Alex—he was fantastic, attentive, and runs a great team. I will definitely be back!
