They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I didn’t have to wait long, and they discussed the condition of my battery and engine air filter without making me feel pressured. What impressed me most was that they went above and beyond by changing my cabin air filter and making sure I understood what was being done. I was simply in the area taking care of other business, and this location is actually quite a distance from my home. However, because of the excellent service I received from these three young men, I would gladly make the drive back for future service. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days, and they truly made the experience pleasant and stress-free. Thank you, Anthony, Alexis, and Mikey, for a job well done!

Amazing experience. They were fast (in and out in what felt like 10 min), thorough, explained everything, and were very friendly and communicative throughout. I'll definitely be coming back! The only thing that would make the experience better is a sign on Western showing that you have to turn right on altgeld to enter.
