Had my oil and transmission change done with Cesar and his staff, and the service was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, honest, and made sure everything was done right. The team was friendly, worked efficiently, and explained the process clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. We have been coming here for years if you’re looking for reliable, quality auto service with great customer care, I highly recommend Cesar and his crew. I’ll continue to come back! Thank you, Maria & Alfredo Nieves

The guys working here are very professional and hard working. They are also very quick and courteous. All things that other oil service places I’ve been to aren’t. (I’m looking at you jiffy).

I was on my way to the location on 79th but that no good fright train derailed me so I came here instead. Nothing but God! Efren and Oscar was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to educate me about the condition of my filter and the importance, I was charged to remove my skid plate at Jiffy Lube and expected these guys to go the same but they DID NOT! They even replaced the missing caps to my skid plates for no charge! Customer service is lacking these days across industries but these guys reminded me that some of us still care about the customer experience. Will definitely be back when I’m due for another oil change.
