Caught a nail in my tire between home and heading into the office. My Keller Williams ONEChicago office is right across the street. Pulled right in and got service right away. The staff was friendly and serviced my vehicle within 15 minutes. Reasonable price and I was back on the road with safety and confidence. Beautiful facility and new business and ownership.

I am from out of state and recently purchased a 328d. I spoke with meeklo and Sam. They were upfront about previous work done and assured me it was clean title. The car could have used a cleaning inside, however I drove 12 hours to New Jersey the day I bought it and had no issues. I also accidentally gave extra cash when purchasing the car and they were quick to give it back. Rest assured, this shop is built on honesty.
