This is my go to valvoline location, super convenient right by my house. Always have a good experience here. Had my oiled changed and was helped by Kristina. She was so sweet and helpful along with the rest of the staff. Got me in and out of there in less than 15 minutes

I had a great experience at Valvoline. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I pulled up, and the entire oil change was super quick and efficient. I love that I didn’t have to waste my whole day waiting around. Highly recommend them for fast, hassle-free service!

Today I pulled up to Valvoline on Charlestown Road, and the team was already outside ready to work and take care of customers. As soon as I pulled in, Colton (the manager) greeted me and was very friendly. I was helped by Christina, who was professional, polite, and made the whole process smooth and easy. They checked everything, asked if I needed any additional fluids or anything else looked at, and had me taken care of quickly. If you know me, you know I always leave reviews anywhere I go and I make sure they’re good ones when businesses deserve it. Even though I live in Jeffersonville, I make the drive over to this location because they’re always fast, efficient, and full of great people who work hard. So shout-out to the team at Valvoline on Charlestown Road. I appreciate the great service today. ?
