My HHR had 17 year old antifreeze and I took it to Valvoline for a flush and fill. I pulled right in and they took my information and started to work in minutes. Staff was professional and prompt. My car was hooked to a pump and all my old was removed and new was installed. I was out in 19 minutes with brand new antifreeze. Price was reasonable and worth me not having to spend a few hours doing it myself.

I specifically wanted to huge shout out the manager, Donah. She was super professional and welcoming from the moment I pulled into the shop. I know literally nothing about cars, so it meant a lot that she took a minute to explain the whole oil change process without making it confusing. I also enjoyed how the service was thorough but quick as I needed to be somewhere soon. This was a fear going in as the last place I went to for an oil change had a problem with rushing and it felt like sloppy work to me. You can tell she is good at her job as the crew that was working that day seemed happy to be working for her, and that says a lot about her leadership and the work environment she has created. I would love to have a manager like her and will definitely be back to this location because of her.
