Great experience! The staff was friendly, and honest, and the service was quick. The manager Jason was especially helpful, professional, and honest. He explained everything clearly and didnt try to push extra services. He was quick to get the ball rolling with silverrock and never hesitated to gove me an update on it when I called and asked about it. He even went out of his way to give me a courtesy call the next day to go over things thst might have been missed at pick up. I would definelty recommend them for all your car repair needs.
Jason and the team at Meineke were open and transparent about the service of my front and brake pads and rotors. I was shown the wesr on my vehicle before service was performed. I was given a very competitive price quote and was very happy with the service provided. I will be coming back to this location for future car needs.
I never thought I’d say I had a great experience getting my vehicle worked on…but the Manager, Jason, was very helpful and professional though the process of working with my warranty company. He went above and beyond and made sure I was taken care of and treated fairly. Warranty companies are not always easy to work with, but this experience was pain free. I will continue to take my car needs to Meinke and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to make sure the job is done correctly.
