And not once have they changed the filter on the inside of my car under my glove compartment until today 5/4/2026.This is the filter
My husband usually changes the oil in my car because I dread going to places like this because I feel they try to oversell. I had such a pleasant experience at this location! Jeff and Kerry and the other folks were so very respectful and very the service was quick and excellent. Definitely recommend!
I came to Vavoline for an oil change and windshield cleaner refill. The staff were very friendly and respectful and kept those waiting informed. It took quite a bit longer than I anticipated, but I also went on a Friday afternoon before a large projected winter storm. There was an issue with one of the bays, and I think they were a little short-staffed. Those issues made the wait time long, but I understand there were unforeseen problems arise that could not be helped. When I finally got in the bay, they were apologetic about the wait, had positive attitudes, and did not rush through their work just to churn people out. The inspection included helped me feel better about the vehicle maintenance and current state of its health and safety. They did offer additional services (like changing the air filter). There wasn't any pressure, just the offer. I felt appreciated for my business, and I appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you gentleman! I do recommend this location and trust the wait time was just situational.
