I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and I want to specifically recognize DJ for his outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, DJ was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what was being done, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure everything was handled efficiently and correctly.
These technicians earned my business at this location for life. This place is amazing. The guys here are knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. They were so kind when my car broke down right as I was pulling in. They got it started and let me keep it in the parking spot up to 3 days while I wait for a tow. They didn't charge anything. My daughter and I waited in the waiting room as well.
Haley (with the Jessie jacket) was amazing. She explained everything in easy to digest terms and with humor. I did not expect to enjoy an oil change experience but it was a pleasant surprise! Great experience and now I actually know what they mean when they show me the dip stick. Thanks Fern Creek Valvoline, you made a forever customer!
