I recently visited for an oil change and had a fantastic experience. The service was both high-quality and incredibly fast. The entire team was very helpful throughout the process. I’d like to give a special thanks to Wilfredo for his excellent assistance and professionalism. I highly recommend their services!
I drove in with my black suburban not knowing anybody there. Mike kept it professional: talking clear, patient, maintained eye contact, and explained everything to me, since I had the radiator fluid, the rear diff fluid, automatic trans fluid replaced. Oil change and both filters needed replacement too, all together expensive. Lex was polite and courteous to answer car questions with zero attitude, while operating on the inside cabin filter. Both men ultimately communicated with their team members, with precision, far as safety standards and safety clearance which I was impressed with. I'm sure that was company protocol but they were loud and clear when communicating with each other and did it noticeably well. (especially since it was later in the day and people grow tired from work) I don't normally write reviews at all, but both these men that helped get my car back into better shape, honestly deserve it!
I go here all the time. The staff are courteous and efficient. During my last few trips I’ve had CSR Datrell. He is quick and never pushy. Friendly and always helpful; he reset the oil reading on my vehicle without my asking. Shout out to the unseen technician beneath my car, Yovani, for the prompt service, too! If you need a fast, easy oil change, head to this location. Ask for Datrell & mention this review. You won’t be disappointed!
