I recently had my oil changed at Meineke and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and got my vehicle serviced quickly. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to pressure me into any extra services, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. My car is running great, and I appreciate the excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance and would recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable auto service.
Best experience at a car place I ever had!!! I called last minute and gladly they weren’t busy at the time. Marcos and Luis were extremely helpful, friendly & funny, they checked my whole car when i came to change my brakes, rotors and calipers. They explained and showed to me everything that was messed up & gave me kudos on taking good care of my old honda. the car check was free i could’ve said no to the price if i wanted to but it was very reasonable & these guys rocked!! Service was pretty quick too. I appreciate these guys on fixing the stuff in my car and making it all safe, dandy & good to go!
What a lifesaver!!!! Michael Richardson is my personal superhero. Need to get my daughter’s vehicle serviced ASAP. I wasn’t sure where to go since I’m unfamiliar with this area. Came into Meineke and I was blown away. What professionalism, expertise, an absolute fair treatment. Had not only my immediate concerns met, but had a firm understanding of the next steps I had to do to keep my daughter’s vehicle on the road. I will be using this location but Michael specifically for all my future automotive needs. It’s important to find a business and individual within that you can trust and I have found it. If you too are looking for a spot to service your family vehicles, look no further come here. Honestly, I can’t say enough positive things. I guess the only thing I ask is that his bosses read this and give him a big fat raise because this man is doing things the right way. Thank you very much, Michael.
