Amazing service at the South Plainfield Valvoline Instant Oil Change! I have come many times and they are consistently great. The staff is always super friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell, and had me in and out fast. You can tell they take pride in their work and customer service. Highly recommend this location. THANK YOU! ??
Very good men and women at all the Valvoline shops I've been to. I've been to most in New Jersey and one shop in New Hampshire. I'm local to the South Plainfield shop. They swap the drain plug and gasket for $2 if its chewed up too much which I love. Not too pushy on the up sells. Very honest I believe. Not had a bad experience yet in 5 years taking my Civic there. Thank you Matthew and Sean for my oil change today. I've seen the manager Layla there too for many years so its a good sign for me that she is doing a good job.
Every time I go to the store at South Plainfield on Stelton Rd, it's always great service. The managers are great the employees great, fast service and reliable service. They also let me know if anything further I need to check on the car they see and recommend a garage that can do the work.
