Firstly, I love that I get to sit in my car while it’s being serviced. That is super convenient. But the reason I was so impressed and highly satisfied with today’s visit is because of Caleb. He was so knowledgeable and friendly, kind, and customer service oriented. He didn’t make me feel the least bit bad that my car was filthy or that I was super behind on getting my oil changed lol. But seriously, he absolutely needs to be in management! It’s very rare to find someone so young who knows what it means to provide high quality customer service with a smile. I was also very impressed with Kristian A and Ramsey. They got me in and out very quickly and did everything I asked without hesitation. They all went above and beyond. I am so appreciative!

I had a great experience at the Valvoline Minute Lube on Eastern & Serene. From the moment I pulled in, the manager and staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and on point. They walked me through everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made the whole process quick and easy. You can tell the team really cares about customer service, they were respectful, efficient, and made sure I was taken care of the entire time. The manager runs a tight, well-organized shop and it shows. If you’re looking for fast, honest service with a team that treats you right, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!
