The Monday afternoon crew (Irv, Britt, and Evan— hopefully I have that right) went above and beyond during my 6/29/26 visit. Excellent service, and with a smile! They took the time to educate me on important things I should know about my vehicle, which I really appreciated. My car is driving like a dream thanks to them, and I feel better prepared to handle car troubles moving forward. These guys deserve a raise— they know their stuff AND their love/passion for cars is very clear.
Can't go wrong with this location and the one on Eastern. Managers are always courteous, employees are fast, friendly, and efficient. They don't up sale you they look out for you. I've had multiple work done here with no issues.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The level of customer service at this location is always top notch. Today my battery died during oil change and the team rallied up to get this problem resolved without hesitation. I drive out of my way to come to this location and days like today solidify why I do! Thank you so much for always being consistent and providing amazing service! Big shout out to Maddie! She spearheaded and the speedy recovery, got me a new battery, and installed it. She is an angel!!!!!
