Everyone who worked that day was in a happy upbeat mood which was an automatic green flag. The manager Christopher who greeted me was attentive provided excellent customer service. Same with Mickey the assistant manager, everyone went above and beyond, my truck is happy and I am happy. Shout out to everyone who worked that day 3/21/26, you all deserve a raise! I’ve always been loyal to Valvoline but after this experience I’m going to make sure to only go to the Nellis and Charleston location!
