I had a bad experience with a different auto repair company and I thought that I would try Meineke. To my surprise the service was great and Woody was so good. My truck was finished when he said it was going to be. I will be going back incase I need to service my vehicle again. 5 plus stars for Woody and Marco.
I was so happy to finally find a car repair shop that I can trust, I came in with a problem with my battery light on when I went to AutoZone they told me I had a small leak so I went to this auto mechanic who I thought had fixed the issue but I had to return to him and he was ready to charge me again for the same problem I was so angry that I never went back. So this time I searched out asking questions on where I should go when I was recommended to either go to Firestone or Meineke so I chose Meineke because it was closest to my house they fixed the problem. However, this past Sunday the problem return and I went back to Meineke and they told me it was a faulty sensor and they would fix it at no charge so that made me happy.
Brought my car in for an oil leak that was causing issues with my HOA, and I’m really glad I chose this shop. Michael Aguiluz was very helpful, explained everything clearly, and let me know what needed immediate attention versus what could wait. The mechanics took their time and did the job right, my car now has zero leaks. Highly recommend for honest and quality service! It was a little out of my budget but i got what i paid for and that makes me happy with my choice.
