Great service. I felt like a Indy racecar driver in a pit stop. All hands on deck! Everyone dialed in their specific attention to detail. And shout out to the tiny little young lady literally in the pit changing the HOT FILTER BELOW. I didn't get her name but she was “in my opinion” the essential part of the whole collective. The oil filter is the most important part of the process. And she executed it, the pit worker are most exposed to injury via burns from hot engine and exhaust while changing filter. so I felt she deserved the tip I gave . Which I handed to her. personally as an acknowledgement of her important valuable service . All in all. Everyone was top notch professional. . I'll come again when I need.
I went in there today for an oil change and a smog. My service was absolutely phenomenal. Alberto and Carlos A, both were very helpful in the service was done amazing. I was recommended to get an AC check at that time, I was not able to have it done, but he recommended to fill out a survey to receive a discount In my next service. That helps out a single mom so much right now.
I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the team was fast, professional, and very friendly. They walked me through everything they were doing, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and had me in and out in no time. The service was efficient, the staff was knowledgeable, and the whole process was super convenient, I didn’t even have to leave my car. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service like this these days. Highly recommend this location if you’re in Las Vegas and need a quick, hassle-free oil change!
