They did a great job on fixing the brake issue with my car. They took the extra time and effort to make sure all was good and working as it should. The managers were friendly, kind and respectful and let us know exactly what needed to be done and complete estimate for the repair. We will be back. We are very happy with Meineke and will be back next time we need work done. Thank you Meineke!
Jeff is amazing and very honest. I went to the location on Decatur and Sahara. Previously I had been told by a man that was at the shop before Jeff but after Russell that I needed breaks. I thought that it was weird considering I had just bought my car. Jeff confirmed that was not true and I have at least 20 thousand miles to go with these breaks. Very honest will go back to whatever shop he is moved to. Him and Russell are amazing.
Today I had the best experience at Meineke on Decatur and Oakey. Jeff, the representative, who is currently at this location today (He said his home store is usually on Tropicana and Fort Apache, I believe) Went above and beyond to help me with my car issue today. My AC was not blowing air and his technician, Justin, took a look at my fuse box and noticed that one of the fuses had been blown. This was a simple solution and avoided me hundreds of dollars that I potentially needed to spend. Their customer service was impeccable and integrity to their work was honourable. Thank you so much Jeff and Justin for your help & knowledge on the situation.
