One word: KEITH. Keith was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I’m always a little nervous walking into an auto shop, but he instantly made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I actually found Valvoline Instant Oil Change by chance. My car popped up a warning that one of my tires was extremely low, and since it was a Sunday, options were limited. Thankfully, Valvoline was just 30 seconds away and open. I walked up to the drive-through and met Keith, explained what was going on, and he immediately said, “No problem at all, I’ll check your tires and make sure they’re good and filled up.” The line moved quickly, and when I asked how much it would cost and he let me know he’d take care of it complimentary. While I was there, he also looked up my service history, did a quick overall check, and calmly mentioned I was due for an oil change, no pressure, no upselling, just genuinely helpful information. Because he was so professional, easygoing, and trustworthy, I decided to go ahead with the oil change right there and then. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly refreshing. Huge shoutout to Keith for making what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and taken care of. I’ll definitely be back.
I had my oil changed today, and I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. The technician, Ernest, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in an easy-to-understand manner, which made the entire process much more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning to this service center in the future, thanks to Ernest’s excellent customer service.
The entire team worked expeditiously and with incredible work ethic and positivity. There were six cars in front of me and five cars behind me… The team worked as a, pun intended, well oiled machine. There was no stress - And the manager did a great job of setting expectations while we waited in line. They did as much work as they could before we got into the work bay to help expedite the process. The team at the Scholls Ferry location is always friendly and outgoing.
