★★★★★ If you want a car shop that treats you right the first time, go to this Meineke. Troy, Erick, and the whole staff are on another level — professional, efficient, and genuinely care about doing the job right. I brought my car in and they got me checked in fast, explained everything clearly without upselling, and had the work done quicker than I expected. The pricing was fair and transparent, no surprise fees. You can tell they take pride in their work and respect your time. More than satisfied doesn’t even cover it. This is the only shop I’m trusting with my car from now on. If you want honest work done by pros, ask for Troy and Erick. You won’t regret it!!!
I made an appointment online, easily. Took my car in right away. I was told it’s going to take about an hour and a half for an oil change and I asked them to check everything because I am going to drive cross country from Portland to NY. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The lobby area was pretty nice. They had a restroom too. When they were done with my car, they sent me my report through a link on text message and the guy at the front went over the report with me. Thanks guys!!
I made an online appt and when I arrived they were honest that it was going to be about 11/2 hrs to do the oil change. They let me reschedule the appt for later that afternoon. When I arrived they took me car in and got it serviced in the amount of time they told me. I love that they are honest and transparent with the process. I will definitely be back!!
