Very fast service, didn’t upsell me on anything. They ask if you want to switch out filters and such but don’t push it. They check all my lights to make sure everything is functioning and I had a coupon that gave me some off and allowed me to change out my engine filter without much of a cost increase ( they usually have a coupon out there if you look online and I appreciate it)
What a great experience. Will and his team did a great job— informative as we sat in the car and watched and asked question. Friendly, no hard sales- knew more about our car than we did.
Our visit today at Valvoline Instant Oil Change was excellent. As soon as we pulled in the professionalism was observed right away. We were greeted and introduced to our tech. He was knowledgeable yet gave us options. The entire process took no more the 15 - 20 mins. We will definitely be back for our next oil change.
