The service department greeted me professionally and provided excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. They took the time to listen to my concerns and fully understand the issues that needed to be addressed with my vehicle. The shop was clean, well-maintained, and properly equipped to accommodate my vehicle. Prior to coming here, I had appointments with two other mechanical shops that were unable to perform the work correctly. They lacked the proper equipment for tire installation and wheel alignment, yet still scheduled the appointments. The service manager kept me informed throughout the process, providing updates on the vehicle’s condition and the expected completion time for the repairs. Their communication and professionalism gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. Meineke gave me the service paperwork and warranty paperwork for the work they complete. The cost is very reasonable. I stopped to get an inspection done so I can drive for Lyft. The wait was very short and the manager, Tyler was very professional, and took the time to explain everything that was done for my Inspection. This us a great place to get service for your vehicle, tires, wheel alignment, new wipers,oil changes and more. I had a very positive experience at this shop. I will be using them when I need other services.
My brake line broke yesterday while I was grocery shopping, I had no brake pressure. I got my car towed over last night and left the key. I booked an online appointment for 11am today. I spoke with Mark first thing this morning, he asked what the issue was. They had a cancellation and got my car in right away. He called to tell me the issues & cost. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. I added an oil change, which they discovered that my oil cap had been stripped and was rounded off so it needed replacing. They also offer a free brake inspection, which they gave me. Everything was done and ready within just a couple hours. Very decent pricing. It was great working with Mark & his team. Our family has been serviced by various Meineke’s throughout my lifetime. And this shop did not disappoint. They will continue to have our business.
