Huge shout out to Hal and the entire crew at the carolina forest location! Absoutly the best oil change experience ever! Hal was so friendly and funny, the young man that worked under the car was so freaken polite! And top it off the other man that works on the top side speaks like auctioneer when reporting to the man below about the oil change! It truly is an experience... not just an oil change.... thank you everyone here! You have truly won my heart and will take all my vehicles from here on out!!!
Stopped in over the summer to see about having my battery replaced in my Solstice. I had a great time with “team Mark”. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are a well-rounded team, and all seem to be having a great time. They answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
Excellence service! I’ve purchased over 50 oil changes within the last 2 years. I bring my Company vehicle and personal vehicles! Never had a problem, usually see the same awesome group of employees. Ask about the savings/dicounts, or sign up for the emails! 5 stars every time, would rate it a 10 out 5, if possible!
