Have a situation with the brake petal being too low. Thought I may need brakes. The mechanic took it for a ride. Told me he thinks it a master cylinder. I’m taking it back to Mazda as I have an extended warranty. Very grateful for his honesty. When the brakes need changing I won’t hesitate to return. Thanks again

*long review alert!* I can’t speak high enough about this place! I purchased a Jeep from Carvana and took it to a different shop (which was my trusted shop) for a once over. They told me Carvana put the wrong fluid in the brake fluid compartment, which will total the Jeep within a few days. They took me back and showed me everything and suggested I take advantage of the 7 day money back guarantee that Carvana offers. I was so bummed. I had spent months waiting for the perfect Jeep to be available and now had to return it. I researched shops that work specifically with Carvana’s Silver Rock warranty program and decided to get a second opinion from THIS Meineke. They were so kind and caring and understood my fear from my news. They assured me it was NOT the wrong fluid and I was fine. I was hesitant to believe them, but decided to trust them after they spent time reassuring me. They did a complimentary brake fluid change to ease my mind, and I am happy to say- my Jeep is running strong 2 months later! I just went back today for a different issue, again, amazing service with kind and compassionate employees- from the front staff to the mechanics!!!
