Everyone was so helpful and genuine at this location in Franklin …. including corporate via phone prior to my arrival for my Oil change. Everyone is so nice and thorough.
Great crew here in Franklin. Both workers, Ethan and Robert were super professional and kind to chat with. Could definitely tell they knew the process very well. Appreciate you dudes! Only bummer is they were a little understaffed - long line of cars today and it was just the two of them working the two bays. I felt bad having additional work done (trans + rear diff fluids) beyond the oil change, as this location was busy today.
I come here because the staff is always professional about their business. They are more professional than the staff who work at their competitor Jiffy Lube down the road. And I always feel like I get honest service and diagnostics from Valvoline and never feel pressured when they make a recommended service.
