Awesome experience with the guys. They took care of my air filter, tires and oil. Did call ahead of time to see how many cars were in the lot. Told the tenant I was at a different location behind 5 cars. I understand their policy is a first come first serve, but I was only asking to see if there were less than five cars as I was two minutes away. They Wouldn’t give me any information to help me save time. Again understand it’s their policy, as it’s a FCFS policy, but would’ve been nice to have known, and saved me some time.
Bryan, Timothy, and Emily did an amazing job. I came in first thing in the morning to have my oil changed before work and they were Fast and courteous. During the oil change, Bryan noticed that the reason my windshield washer fluid wasn’t working with something because a hose became detached. I was quoted $500 to fix this by another company so I couldn’t be more thankful to their alertness and willingness to go above and beyond. They also let me know that my sugar belt was dry and I need to prepare. Very thankful for the advice and recommendation my life running smoothly.
The staff here are always so so nice. I've been in twice, and both times the crew was incredibly kind and helpful. They tell me every step of the process, down to exactly how much oil they're putting in my car. In and out in 20 minutes, including waiting for a bay to open up. One of the guys working in a different bay even came over to tell me he liked my car. Highly recommend.
