Personally I try to read reviews before I go to do business with someone new. I recently moved to Bridgeport and needed to get my oil changed. I have driven by Take 5 many times and after reading their reviews, I figured I would give Take 5 a try. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Now it is July here in Texas which means it is HOT so I decided to go in the morning so sitting in my car wouldn't be that hot, I hoped they would not be busy also which they were not. When I arrived I was met by the manager who grabbed a water out of the cooler and offered it to me. I was quickly guided into the bay and they began working. Checked all fluids, removed the engine splash shield and removed the engine air filter. Now based on what they had to do to get to the filter, I knew I would never change it and honestly, I did not know where it was nor that the German car I drive had one. They showed me and I had them replace it and it was a reasonable fee! They even washed the splash shield before putting it back on. I opted for the more expensive oil change and that was it, no other filters, wipers nothing else needed. The entire staff were very pleasant, friendly and I absolutely, 100% will be going back. Thank you for the great service!

This is the best customer service. These guys were fast and I knew exactly what they were doing through the whole process.. They recommended changing filters that definitely needed changing.
