I'm gonna be honest I expected to get ripped off like you expect at an auto shop but these guys are legit. They fixed a vacuum leak I was having, when I told them I was having some financial problems due to being laid off for the last six months they cut me a discount and fix a dent in my bumper without charging me extra or my asking. Already recommended to some friends and family definitely gonna be my go to shop from now on for any repairs and maintenance I can't do on my own.
This was my second time going to Alpine for an issue with my car, again towed over by AAA. I was in and out of Alpine within 3 hours of arriving, with the issue resolved and general maintenance taken care of. When I returned later the same day for a persistent noise issue, he quickly figured out what was wrong and reassured me. Alpine has a small seating area if you prefer to wait, and I was able to get some work done on their wifi. I cannot speak more highly of Hama and his team. It can be intimidating to go to an auto repair shop as someone who doesn't know a ton about cars, but Hama takes time to educate you on the problem and make sure you know how to avoid it in the future. He also doesn't over-sell you on anything and I trust him to tell me what my car needs immediately versus what can wait for a later time.
