This Valvoline is consistent, which I appreciate. They obviously have been trained to ask the same questions and offer the appropriate services--regardless of the vehicle or driver. The techs are always polite, courteous, and professional. They answer all my questions with thorough answers. I can't say enough good things about this location. I will always choose this Valvoline for oil changes and other services--even if the wait and line is long--because the team is that good. Please give the SE Powell & 43rd Valvoline team a huge THANK YOU. Keep up the great work and keep smiling :)
I tried to go to a Jiffy Lube nearby with a 50% off conventional coupon, and they rejected it trying to charge me $143. So I pivoted and went to Valvoline instead. They charged me $54 including like a $5 surcharge due to oil prices. Not only that, but the staff here were super nice and did not try to pressure me into any unnecessary add one, while still presenting them as options. It was a fantastic experience and you guys will be my go to quick oil change place from now on.
Very nice staff who were patient with my questions and considerate of my price range and time I had left for lunch when offering or recommending services. Told me what the general recommendations were while also pointing out that they didn’t think I needed them yet.When they realized they couldn’t complete a requested service due to missing a specific tool, they were kind enough to give me a discount on the other services I purchased and offered a discount to come back once they had the tool available. Felt like they genuinely wanted to help and leave me feeling good about the entire experience.
