I was a very impatient customer and the service people at Meineke were very professional, friendly, answered all questions and walked me thru a warranty claim, made the transaction easy. It did take 3 weeks, but replacing a transmission is no easy job. Thank you very much l appreciate you and l will send work your way.
Though I took my vehicle under warranty and cannot give my experience with pricing, I can say that they were very punctual and the turn around for repairs was fast and seamless. Communication was outstanding and the front desk reps were super friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend Mieneke to anyone and any bad reviews should be looked passed
